PHP Group always has made conscious efforts towards developing awareness in the countryside about health & education. Furthermore it has taken steps towards providing regular employment in these areas by utilizing the natural resources. This initiative has received tremendous strength since 1980 with the commencement of rubber plantation project at Baisari, Cox’s bazaar under the companies now known as PHP rubber plantation Ltd. & PHP latex & rubber products Ltd. The rubber plantation has spread over 1500 acres of land and producing 300 MT of rubber every year in form of natural rubber sheets made from the latex collected from rubber trees.

The PHP Group’s rubber plantation and fisheries projects are providing employment to more than 1300 indigenes people.
