The fisheries are spread over 90 acres of land comprising of 18 culture ponds and 2 preserver ponds and producing shrimps and fresh water fishes during the season up to 450 MT quarterly. During the dry season it produces salt from sea water by natural evaporation and harvesting it manually.

The PHP Group’s rubber plantation and fisheries projects are providing employment to more than 1300 indigenes people.
