Bay Terminal & Distribution Company Ltd, Asphalt Terminal, a unit of PHP Group from 2002 was setup by Aziz & Company Ltd, 56-57 Motijheel C/A Dhaka in collaboration with sergeant trading Ltd, 3111 university drive, suite 1000 coral springs, FI-33065-U.S.A, (the worlds largest independent Bitumen transporter, handling some 3 million metric tons in a year) with requisite infrastructures for bulk storage, processing, packaging and distribution of wide range of Bitumen having objective of ensuring availability of Bitumen in Bangladesh throughout the year, introducing economics of scale by bulk import, handling, processing and distribution, providing logistics and technical support, reducing wastage & promote environment friendly technology.
